Emergency Food Voucher Program
Rain operates an Emergency Food Voucher Program in order to provide emergency food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Food vouchers and other items are available to people who are HIV or Hepatitis C positive and can be accessed only through Rain case managers (pending availability).
