Goals
As a compassionate and educational community resource, Rain's goals are:
- To be the region's leading STD, HIV, and Hepatitis prevention resource, focused on education, early detection and compassionate care facilitation
- To become the expert resource for our medical community, community leaders and other service agencies to rely on to advise their patients and direct them to the best resources
- To reduce or lessen the destructive impact of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV, Hepatitis C and other life threatening conditions
- To understand the needs of our community and the people at risk for, or infected with, STDs, including HIV and other potentially life threatening diseases.
- To develop partnerships with local and regional service agencies and the faith community in order to creatively enhance the services we are able to provide
