Housing Programs
Rain’s housing programs include: housing education and advocacy, providing short and long-term rental assistance, mortgage assistance, moving expenses, utility assistance, rehabilitation of existing rental properties, acquiring and developing rental units and increasing the availability of rental subsidy programs through local partnerships and enhanced funding. We accomplish these activities through one of the following programs: OMO Housing Program, Stone Street, Waterbrook Place, Shelter Plus Care.
The goal of our housing programs is to develop long-term strategies to create permanent supportive housing options for individuals and families facing the challenges of HIV and HCV.
