Outstate Missouri Permanent Housing Program:

In 2004 Rain developed the first AIDS housing in Central Missouri. We now have a network of over 200 landlords and our own renovated four-unit apartment building. In June of 2008, Rain added another brand new eight-unit apartment building. Since their completion, the combination of housing assistance programs available serve approximately 80 people each year with rent and/or utility assistance.

HIV, HCV and STD Testing and Counseling:

Rain provides both in-office and outreach testing for FREE to approximately 300 persons each year. For more information on Free Testing, click here.
